Subang Jaya/Sunway.

Job Summary

Maintains sales records of materials, customer information, and warehouse inventory thru computer system. Processes sales orders, invoices, and contracts for new and current client, ensuring data accuracy and compliance to e-invoice & SST requirements Serves as a primary point of contact for customer's purchasing inquiries or complaints via phone and email. Prepare Quotation and price change notice as and when instructed by superiors. Manages & reports the end-to-end invoice aging and collection status from customers by every month to Management. Generate Statement of Accounts to multiple clients for the update of payment & outstanding every monthly. Communicates with customers on the delivery schedule and signed DO & material Technical Data Sheet for reference. Orders and manages inventory of project & factory supplies and sales materials.

Requirements

SPM or Higher Diploma. Fresh Graduate Are Welcome. Well conversant in

Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Posses Driving License and Own Transport Cheerful & Pleasant Personality. Based at Subang Industrial Park/ Sunway
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
