Are you a highly organized and proactive professional with a passion for supporting top-level executives? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the right hand to our executive team, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:



Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preparing Invoices and documentations for sales and purchases

Human resource management

Qualifications:



Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Basic skill in English is compulsary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
