Job Description

Admin Executive Job description:

1. Administrative Support: Handle general office duties including answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting team members with administrative tasks.

2. Maintain and regularly update the company's filing systems for records and official correspondence.

3. Issue cover letter Quotation

4. Prepare, compile, and organize all required documentation for tender submissions, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

5. Prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders (DO) accurately.

6. Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents to coordinate export/import shipments.

7. Monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistic related issues.

8. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.

-2 year and above of working experience in shipping, logistics, or admin-related roles.

-Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Alternate Saturday: 8:30AM - 12:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
