Job Description

The Admin Executive will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, assist with travel operations, support customer inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, good communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities



Handle daily admin tasks (data entry, filing, emails, documents). Attend customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp. Assist with travel bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transport. Prepare itineraries, vouchers, invoices, and receipts. Coordinate with suppliers, travel agents, and service providers. Update booking records and follow up with customers. Support the manager with reports and general office duties.

Requirements



SPM / Diploma or related qualification. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email). Good communication skills. Responsible, organized, and willing to learn. Experience in travel/tourism is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
