Key Responsibilities
Handle overall office and site administrative support.
Maintain and update machinery records, including permits, insurance, servicing, movement logs, and inspection records.
Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, suppliers, and service providers on administrative and operational matters.
Prepare, manage, and maintain project, site, and operational documentation.
Support procurement activities, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Prepare purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), and delivery documentation.
Sort, verify, and file Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices systematically for accurate tracking and audit purposes.
Assist in maintaining manpower records, attendance, and payroll-related data.
Ensure proper filing, document control, and compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
