:

  • Monitor Attendance records and partialy on payroll
  • Handling Foreign Workers permit renewal and hostel maintenance, etc
  • Handling maintenance of Office supplies, equipment, building, etc
  • Monitoring security guard, postage mail, courier services
  • Stationary, uniform, safety shoes purchases and stock control
  • Provide administration support to the day to day operations of HR & Adm Dept
  • Employee welfare arrangement (annual dinner event & occasional, etc)
  • Any related tasks assigned by superior
Requirement:
  • Min Secondary Education qualification or Diploma
  • at least 1 year experience in related filed
  • Computer literate
