Mediware Sdn Bhd is a Healthcare company supplying a range of high-quality dental, medical and healthcare products to hospitals and ambulance services, nursing homes and aged care facilities, specialist clinics and general practitioners, chain and independent retailers and pharmacies, government bodies and educational institutions. The range of products covers a broad selection of categories like blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters, surgical instruments, diagnostic imaging equipment, maternity accessories, sunscreens, wound treatment supplies and many more. We are seeking aggressive and dynamic individuals to join us. Admin & HR Executive MUST REQUIREMENT: \xc2\xb7 Desirable experience in Office Administration, and HR \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding organizational, and time-management abilities, and strong ethics. \xc2\xb7 Should be a pleasing personality with strong communication & interpersonal skills and demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask; Attitude - Go, Getter, Proactive; Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork. PRIMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Internationalization: Lead, communicate, and coordinate with overseas divisions /personnel. \xc2\xb7 Globalization: Explore, study, and propose setting up a new office in other countries. SECONDARY DUTIES: HR \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Preparation of company HR policy and ensuring its compliance. \xc2\xb7 Handling the recruitment process from hiring to on-board to the separation of employees. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining records of daily attendance and leaves of employees. \xc2\xb7 Organizing office activities within budget and as per company policy. \xc2\xb7 Promoting company values and promoting all social, wellness, and volunteering initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Handling all matters related to employees\xe2\x80\x99 grievances. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining employee records and personnel files. ADMINISTRATION \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Overseeing the day-to-day office administrative activities. \xc2\xb7 Generate Administrative documents (PI, Invoices, Receipts.) \xc2\xb7 Generate Logistics documents (PL, DO, Export permits, BL, COO) \xc2\xb7 Sourcing, coordinate with supplier and logistics. (China & India) \xc2\xb7 Keep track of inventory and manage monthly stocktaking. \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned by management. Working: Timing: Monday to Friday (9 am ~ 6 pm) Location: Mount Austin, Johor Bahru Please state the following: Expected salary. Available joining date.
