Job Description

supporting both administrative and human resources functions within an organization. This position involves managing daily office operations, handling employee-related tasks, and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Administrative Duties:

Office Management:

Overseeing the general upkeep and functionality of the office environment.

Procurement and Vendor Management:

Handling the purchase of office supplies and managing relationships with vendors.

Document Management:

Maintaining and organizing important documents, both physical and digital.

Communication and Coordination:

Facilitating communication between different departments and teams.
HR Duties:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and managing the onboarding of new employees.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Supporting the payroll process and managing employee benefits programs.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee inquiries and concerns, and assisting with performance management.

HR Policy Implementation:

Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Office Address: C-2-50, IOI BOULEVARD, JALAN KENARI 5, BANDAR PUCHONG JAYA, 47100 PUCHONG, SELANGOR.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 - 12 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
