We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Internship Trainee
to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting in recruitment, employee records management, and HR-related activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Handle general HR inquiries from employees and provide administrative support.
Assist in benefits administration.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
No experience required for internship students.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
