Location: Pusat Dagangan Phileo Damansara 1, near MRT Phileo Damansara
Working hour: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Handle HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, letters, confirmations).
Manage attendance and leave records.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
Manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
Support daily HR operations as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
Job Summary:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and recruitment support.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
