What you will be doing:

    • In charge of assisting at the front desk/lobby area welcoming the Guests/Clients/Media/Visitors.
    • In charge of assisting with documents or parcels to be sent out by the courier company.
    • To maintain/update new joiners and existing Staff contact information - Contact number/email address.
    • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directimg them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Input and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
    • Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, or conferences.
    • Prepare and update various documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Conduct research on specific topics as assigned.
    • Collaborate with team members on special projects and tasks.
    • Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
    • Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.
    • Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
    • Address and resolve administrative issues as they arise.


What is required of you:

    • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in order to work effectively with a variety of people of all levels, providing a wide range of support.
    • S/he must have excellent organisation skills, the ability to use knowledge to solve problems, and be able to adapt to new conditions, assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work together with the support team.
