Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally
Help organize and maintain company records, databases, and documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and supporting office activities
Provide general administrative support to management and operations teams
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
