Key Responsibilities
Assist in performing daily office administrative tasks.
Support in handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
Help prepare simple reports, presentations, and documentation.
Maintain filing systems and assist in record-keeping.
Monitor and support inventory management of office supplies.
Assist in ensuring the office environment is well-organized and tidy.
Support coordination with vendors for office facilities and equipment needs.
Provide general administrative assistance to various departments as required.
Greet and assist visitors when necessary.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
Able to commit 6 months internship or longer.
RM1,000 allowance per month.
