Job Description

Designation: Admin (Inventory, HR & Document Control)





We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin (Inventory, HR & Document Control) to join our team. This role covers inventory management, office administration, foreign worker, and project document support.

Key Responsibilities



Inventory (Hilti Application)



- Manage tools, equipment, and materials using Hilti ON!Track (or relevant Hilti application).

- Record issuance, returns, and transfers of tools/equipment at project sites.- Generate inventory usage reports and highlight shortages, damages, or maintenance needs.

- Coordinate with suppliers and project teams on procurement and delivery.- Maintain proper records of consumables and ensure stock availability for projects.

Office Administration



- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and data entry.

- Manage office and site supplies, stationery, and basic procurement.- Assist in administrative support.

Document Control (Standby Role)



- Register, track, and distribute project drawings, correspondence, and reports.

- Ensure document version control and compliance with company/project standards.

- Maintain both electronic and hardcopy filing systems for easy retrieval.

- Support project team in submissions to consultants/clients when required.

Foreign Worker Affairs / HR Support



- Prepare and check foreign worker salary calculations,

- Coordinate FOMEMA medical checkups, renewals of permits, and insurance matters.

- Handle applications/renewals for work permits, visas, and other statutory requirements.

- Maintain records of foreign workers' documents and expiry dates for timely renewals.

- Act as a liaison between management and workers for HR-related matters.

General



- Provide all-round administrative support across departments.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and project requirements.

- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

-2-3 years of working experience in administration, HR, inventory, or document control

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required

- Experience with Hilti ON!Track or other inventory apps is an advantage.

- Familiar with foreign worker management (salary, permits, FOMEMA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
