To assists the HR Manger to implement the Company\xe2\x80\x99s HR policies covering recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relation. - In charge of manpower planning, recruitment, selection and transfer. - To establish a strategic recruitment and selection system for the company. - Handle new staff orientation and employee relation program. - In charge for handling grievances and disciplinary matters. - In charge of Department filing system. - Assist to build up the positive working culture and teamwork. - Assist HOD to plan for yearly expenditure budget. - Others related duties will assign from HOD time to time.
