Requirements
Minimum qualification Diploma/Degree or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of direct experience
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay, both orally and in writing.
Advance with computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
Responsible by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about our products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.Manage large amount of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Sell products and services
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Prepare sales order
Issue ecaps (jobsheet)
Follow up with job status until order is successfully complete
Prepare Proforma Invoice and quotation to customer
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
Liaise with suppliers
Handle cold calls
To Complete all the ad hoc tasks which are assigned by the Superior.
