Job Description

1. Billing & Supplier Coordination



Receive, verify, and process invoices from lens suppliers. Ensure all billing details match purchase records and delivery orders. Update billing information into the system accurately and promptly.

2. Documentation & Record Management



Maintain organized digital and physical records of supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes. Prepare monthly billing summaries and reports for management review.

3. Inventory & Order Support



Coordinate with outlets and operations team to verify lens orders and deliveries. Assist in updating lens inventory data when needed.

4. Administrative Support



Handle correspondence, emails, and communication related to billing and suppliers. Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned. Provide support during audits or stock checks involving lens inventory and billing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
