Job Description

Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing. Process requisitions and update management on status of orders. Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels. Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery. Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management. Updating all records of purchased products. Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses. Liaise with supplier for all matters (product defect, claims, complaint and delivery shortage). Responsible for creating sales order, lead-tracking, sourcing, purchasing and ensuring all shipments are delivered per schedule. Assist in additional task that assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
