Support for Maintenance and Servicing Company Vehicle
Support Insurance and Registration license or Permit Company Vehicle
Communicate & monitor vehicle availability and assignments to drivers. Delegate task for Lorry Drivers
Support company vehicle registration & renewal documentation (Puspakom, Roadtax, Insurance, Permit, and other relation)
Assist to solve any issue regarding to summons (JPJ, Police and other relation)
Assist any team for ordering item (Spare part, component and other relation)
Updating status vehicle on TOTG
Assist HR for any Lose of Equipment, summon or allowance for driver
Support to monitor vehicle comsuption usage (Petrol, Touch & Go or any other relation)
ADMIN
Support for office overall maintenance
Office replenishment (Stationery, lamp, pipe and other relation)
Ensure office asset and equipment in a good condition.
Support for oil wastage or Disposal on site and office
Support for fire extinguisher management
Prepare any report and documentation related to administrative
Other duties as assigned by the superior, from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Someone who has knowledge on COMMERCIAL VEHICLE will add advantage. (Basic automotive, Puspakom, Insurance and other authority arrangement for commercial vehicle).
Willing to work at Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Semenyih.
No attendance issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
