Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare and verify all shipping documentation including delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and Customs forms (K1, K2, K9, etc.).
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and Customs brokers for shipment clearance and delivery.
Ensure all import and export activities comply with Customs regulations and company policies.
Support the preparation and submission of Customs declarations, permits, and related documents (M1 & M2).
Verify HS codes, product descriptions, and declared values for accuracy.
Maintain proper documentation and filing for all logistics and Customs records for audit purposes.
2. Warehouse Operations
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates.
Monitor warehouse space utilization and maintain proper storage according to product type and location.
Ensure materials and finished goods are handled safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure timely material flow.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock movement or documentation.
3. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare daily or weekly reports on logistics, inventory, and shipment status.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Support management in implementing logistics and warehouse best practices.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or shipping operations.
Basic knowledge of Customs procedures, import/export documentation, and K1/K9 declaration process.
Good understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of ERP or logistics software is an added advantage.
