We are currently seeking a Korean speaking Finance Admin to join our team of talented specialists. The ideal candidate should possess fluency in both written and spoken Korean language. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO, the Korean management team, and the regional team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a proactive, organised, and collaborative approach. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to contribute valuable suggestions to enhance the team\'s output and improve finance processes. Additionally, they should be a team player willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional work. Experience in performing financial close in Malaysia in accordance with local regulations is required. Language Korean : Very High (required as work-related communications with overseas affiliates) English: Very High (required as work-related communications in Malaysia) Key Responsibilities Admin Manager\'s main duties are finance, including project management, bookkeeping, monthly and quarterly closing, and profit and loss and SG&A analysis. Other general management tasks such as finance, HR, and general affairs should also be performed. Operate the accounting system (Workamajig), collaborate with bookkeeping agencies, and prepare for future internal accounting conversion.
