Position Title HR & Admin Manager

\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the human resource and general administration functions to ensure a smooth operations of overall company operation and management activities.

  • Implement proper HR processes, framework, HR policies and guidelines and ensuring practices are in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for overall company administrative functions and take care for overall office and facilities & Utilities and ensure that all of administrative tasks are under industrial regulations and laws.
  • Oversee the daily management and operations of the department and ensure that department deadlines and strategic goals are met.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely monthly payroll processing cycle and income tax matters.
  • Provide both strategic and operational HR support to the business and set HR directions in line with business objectives.
  • Drive and support the Company\'s data protection efforts to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Trustmark certification.
  • Plan and manage budget related to manpower, training, office and all cost related to HR & Admin section.
  • Support top management to create a positive working environment.
  • Create and present HR stats and metrics reports to management and provide support to management team on HR related matters.
  • Plan and organise staff engagement/team building activities.
  • Support Top Management to ensure compliance and governance are met with Nikon Corporation standard and direction.
  • Any other job assigned by General Manager and/or management.

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93 Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields.

\xe2\x9c\x93 More than 5 years of HR relevant experience with minimum 2 years managing a team.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with others in a collaborative environment.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Resourceful and able to work independently under pressure.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Hands-on, flexible and able to multi-task in a lean structure.
