Admin Manager Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
To apply for new and renewal of government licenses.
To apply certification for project to approving agency, and also follow with related matters.
To perform admin activities such as travelling / booking management, documents filling, dealing with incoming phone calls and emails
To prepare and issue business related company letters and notices.
To ensure equipment or office supplies are functional and in place for each department. Also to place order for office consumable supplies before running out of stock.
Liaise effectively with company secretary on statutory compliance matters.
Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field required.
5 to 10 years of related experience required.
Knowledge of Laws and Regulations related to Company business. (Especially Companies Act and
Employment Act)
Possess sense of responsibility, committed at work and hardworking.
Extensive knowledge of the administrative function.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
To be able to drive changes and be a change agent
Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
