Admin Manager Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  • To apply for new and renewal of government licenses.
  • To apply certification for project to approving agency, and also follow with related matters.
  • To perform admin activities such as travelling / booking management, documents filling, dealing with incoming phone calls and emails
  • To prepare and issue business related company letters and notices.
  • To ensure equipment or office supplies are functional and in place for each department. Also to place order for office consumable supplies before running out of stock.
  • Liaise effectively with company secretary on statutory compliance matters.
  • Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field required.
  • 5 to 10 years of related experience required.
  • Knowledge of Laws and Regulations related to Company business. (Especially Companies Act and
  • Employment Act)
  • Possess sense of responsibility, committed at work and hardworking.
  • Extensive knowledge of the administrative function.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • To be able to drive changes and be a change agent
Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Language:
  • Chinese (Required)
