Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (RM) systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous administrative or clerical experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Records Maintenance: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, documents, and records related to events, contracts, vendors, and clients.
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to ticket sales, event details, customer inquiries, and concerns.
Customer Support: Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding concerts, ticket availability, pricing, seating, venue details, and other event-related inquiries.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution for the customer.
Order Processing: Assist customers in the ticket purchasing process, including processing orders, payments, and providing relevant purchase information.
Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any further concerns or issues.
Communication Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and general inquiries. Redirect or respond to queries as necessary.
Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
Event Logistics Support: Provide administrative support for event planning, including coordination with various departments, handling logistics, and ensuring necessary documentation is in order.
Assistance in Documentation: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation required for events and administrative purposes.
Database Management: Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and easy accessibility of information.
Office Operations Support: Assist in the smooth functioning of the office by coordinating with various departments and facilitating interdepartmental communication.
