Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



1) Ensure all client's documents and information are in order and maintain up-to-date file statuses through proactive client communication.

2) Issue quotations and invoices to clients promptly and accurately.

3) Maintain seamless workflow adherence to the Firm's standard operating procedures by effectively communicating with relevant parties.

4) Oversee arrangements and workflows of related parties to ensure efficient and smooth task completion.

5) Assist lawyer to reply customer inquiries and facilitating communication with the team.

6) Proactively pursue client payments on behalf of the Firm.

7) Efficiently manage and schedule appointments as required.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:



1) Mandarin Speaking.

2) Diploma/Degree in a related field.

3) Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in the Legal Industry.

4) Demonstrates proactiveness and a strong desire for continuous learning.

5) Possesses quick learning capabilities, able to work independently with reliability and responsibility.

6) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

7) Immediate availability is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
