Job Responsibilities:
Handle
phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
promptly and professionally.
Perform
documentation, filing, and record keeping
(both physical and digital).
Liaise with staff, customers, and suppliers
to ensure smooth daily operations.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments
on administrative matters.
Perform
data entry
and update
sales information
to the team regularly.
Prepare quotations and invoices
accurately and on time.
Record purchases and receipts
, and assist in tracking expenses.
Scan, organize, and store documents
systematically.
Utilize
Microsoft Word and Excel
for reports, documentation, and updates.
Requirements:
Proficient in
Microsoft Word and Excel
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude

learn and grow with the team

Experience in administrative or operations work is an added advantage
