Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and finance tasks.
Maintain proper record and organization of filling system.
Responsible for company daily account receivable & payable and ensure accurate accounting records
Preparing basic financial reports and ensure timely submission with reliable data
Liaise with vendors, banks, and auditors when needed.
Assist in operation administrative task
Maintain good communication with colleagues and clients, proactively following up and resolving issues
