Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
Manage incoming calls, transfer calls to relevant departments, and take messages when needed.
Arrange shipments and pickups with courier companies (such as Gdex, Fedex).
Monitor shipment status and follow up on delayed or missing deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding outgoing and incoming shipments.
Maintain proper filing (hardcopy and softcopy) for logistics-related documents.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Perform any other administrative duties related to logistics as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Able to write/prepare technical report.
Knowledge in logistic of transportation regulations and procedures.
Attention to detail.
Multilingual may be preferred or required.

Willing to base at Kota Warisan, Sepang.
