Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to retail operations and management teams.
Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Monitor stock levels, purchasing, and logistics coordination.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and store personnel for operational matters.
Maintain accurate records for inventory, expenses, and store performance.
Assist in scheduling, staff documentation, and compliance tracking.
Support event coordination, store opening/closing activities, and audits.
Support in doing live host and contents.
Perform ad-hoc tasks from management from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma / Degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in administrative or operations role, preferably in the
fashion or entertainment industry
. (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Able to multitask.
