:
Support the daily operations and administration of the PWG Department.
Manage updates for the PWG Mobile App, website, and Google listings.
Upload and manage content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
Prepare monthly reports, PWG lists, and updates.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, or any related operational documents.
Guide new PWG sign-ups through the full onboarding process -- from form submission to logistics coordination.
Draft meeting minutes, memos, and announcements.
Liaise with international PWG representatives for updates.
Support any ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in admin or operations support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and social media platforms.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
