Requirements
Experience & Background
1-3 years experience in admin, operations, coordination, or similar roles
Fresh graduates are welcome if highly organised and disciplined
Skills
Strong follow-up and execution discipline
Good written and spoken English
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Drive, calendars, task trackers)
Able to multitask and prioritise work effectively

Responsibilities
Role Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin & Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative work and coordinate operational follow-ups across teams. This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable handling both routine admin tasks and light operations tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support (?50%)
Manage calendars, meeting scheduling, and reminders
Handle emails: filtering, forwarding, and drafting simple replies
Prepare and format documents, letters, and basic reports
Maintain organised digital folders and records
Track expenses, invoices, and simple admin documentation
Coordinate logistics for meetings and basic travel arrangements
2. Operations Coordination (?40%)
Track tasks, deadlines, and action items across teams
Follow up with internal staff and external vendors to ensure completion
Maintain task trackers using Excel / Google Sheets / Notion
Compile simple weekly status summaries
Ensure no tasks or follow-ups are missed
3. Ad-hoc & Support Tasks (?10%)
Conduct basic online research when required
Update data and trackers
Support coordination with partners or service providers
General admin support as needed
