Job Description

A growing travel agency with offices in several countries is looking to expand their operations team in Malaysia to support their global sales team, particularly in Hong Kong and China.

Position Overview:



As an Admin Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our sales department, providing crucial administrative and operational support to our sales team. You'll assist in preparing travel proposal using our travel software, coordinating logistics, data entry of travel services, and maintaining CRM systems. Your role will be instrumental in streamlining processes and ensuring our sales efforts are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing travel proposals and final itinerary for the sales team. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and update customer information as needed. Providing simple concierge services such as making restaurants reservations. Data entry of travel services into our travel software

Requirements:



Good organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good team player. Able to communicate in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
