Job Description

As an Admin Operations Intern, you will assist in the daily operations of Irkaz Travel & Tours, supporting administrative, operational, and customer service activities related to travel and Umrah arrangements.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Service



Greet and assist customers, handle phone calls, and respond to travel-related inquiries. Support airport duties and assist in Kursus Umrah (Umrah training) activities.

Administrative Support



Input and maintain daily operational and travel data. Update and monitor travel documents in the Travelbook system. Prepare travel itineraries and documentation for Umrah departures.

Operations Support



Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks. Provide general support to the Operations Department as needed. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Operations.

Qualifications & Skills



Malaysian citizen Diploma/Degree in Hajj and Umrah Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional environment

Contract length: 3 months
