Collect, verify, and process timesheets, attendance, and overtime records.
Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Maintain and update employee payroll data and records in the system.
Handle staff queries regarding payroll, deductions, and payslips.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
Liaise with government bodies (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN) for statutory submissions and reporting.
Assist in preparing payroll-related reports for management.
Support HR and Finance departments in payroll audits and reconciliation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
