We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR Assistant / Admin to support daily HR and administrative tasks. This role is suitable for someone organized, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and update staff attendance and leave records.
Check and reply to company emails and messages daily.
Support HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation.
Key in attendance and related data into the payroll system (SQL).
Assist Head of HR with administrative and HR-related matters as assigned.
Requirements
Malaysian, aged 20-24 years old.
Minimum SPM with relevant working experience, or Diploma in HR / Business / Administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in HR assistance and payroll data handling.
