Liaise closely with the attendance HR Admin to verify attendance, leave, and claim data before payroll processing.
Process monthly salary in the system and ensure statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) are accurate.
Manage
recruitment activities
including job posting, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
Assist in HR reports, employee documentation, and other related HR administrative duties.
Work closely with the department team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of monthly tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in payroll or HR administration.
Knowledge in
HR or payroll systems
(online or system-based).
Basic Excel
and computer proficiency.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
Must be able to speak and write in English.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
