To process documents/policies outsource to Operations Excellence - Process Support Centre (PSC).
To handle general office job functions.
Key responsibilities:
To ensure all assigned tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
To consistently achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Accuracy, Turnaround Time, and Productivity as stated in the Business Goals.
To ensure all data capture templates and systems are updated consistently, accurately, and in an agile manner.
To update user manuals accurately and on a timely basis.
To promote teamwork and collaboration by supporting all team members in achieving collective success and shared objectives.
To be able to process one core function and one cross function, and to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required. To consistently demonstrate good work behaviors.
To assist the Supervisor in any other duties assigned, as necessary.
To undertake additional responsibilities or projects as assigned.
Assist in conducting training sessions, if assigned.
Assist in Cross, Pre-, or Post-Checking activities, if assigned.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
