We are currently seeking an Admin & Procurement Executive to join DHL eCommerce in Malaysia!The Admin & Procurement Executive will be responsible for overseeing both administrative operations and procurement activities within an organization. This role is also responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the business unit, which includes liaising with relevant stakeholders on property lease agreements, procuring general office equipment and materials for all locations, managing facilities, and organizing staff activities and company events.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesVendor Management\xc2\xb7 Perform professional negotiations with vendors.Stakeholder Management\xc2\xb7 Produce information for management necessary for performance evaluation.\xc2\xb7 Provide Administration support in office such as collating information for reports.Process Management\xc2\xb7 Organize and maintain an up-to-date filling system that provides quick and efficient reference on administrative functions.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with other functions and ensure that administrative office information and procedures are updated and compiled efficiently.Administration Activities\xc2\xb7 Provide an efficient administration structure.\xc2\xb7 Provide and maintain suitable operational and office facilities.\xc2\xb7 Manage the storage and stock levels of consumables and corporate items.\xc2\xb7 Improve administration practices, procedures, processes and policies.Procurement Activities\xc2\xb7 Act as the master user of DHL procurement system (GET) to review and approve purchase requisitions raised by local requestors.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all procurement matters are cost effective.\xc2\xb7 Perform professional negotiations with vendors.
