This is a Property Management position at Cheras area, you are responsible for: 
 
This role will be responsible in the assistance in the preparation and maintenance of the appointed site. 
Assist in daily deliverables to provide excellent service to clients. 
To handle all complaints pertaining daily operation and common areas defects by owners, tenants and residents. 
To build good rapport and communicate with owners, tenants and residents. 
Ensure the regular daily, weekly and monthly checklist and submit to superior. 
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned. 
A good team-player. 
Key Requirements : 
 
Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. 
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related fields. 
Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English 
Experience in property/facility management is an advantage
