Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:



Tender Documentation Management



-Prepare, compile, and format tender documents in accordance with requirements.

-Ensure all supporting documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

-Maintain proper filing and tracking system for all tender-related documents.

Administrative Support



-Provide administrative support to the tender and procurement team including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and correspondence.

-Maintain and update vendor registration documents, licenses, and company profiles.

Tender Submission Coordination



-Assist in online and physical tender submissions including uploading, couriering, or hand-delivering documents to relevant agencies or clients.

-Liaise with relevant internal departments to gather technical, financial, and compliance-related input for tender submission.

Background / Education:



Diploma in Business Administration or any related field Min 1 year of experience in admin job Familiar with E-perolehan system Ability to work well within tight deadlines Excellent organizational skills are a must Strong knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel and Word
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
