Kelayakan

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or equivalent field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, and/or Chinese.
  • Customer-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
  • Pleasant personality with a positive service attitude.
Tanggungjawab
Customer Service
  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Record and assign customer service requests or complaints to the relevant department or branch.
  • Follow up on ongoing jobs and update customers on service status.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service attitude.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, service agreements, and job orders when needed.
  • Support marketing campaigns and customer promotions by collecting customer data and feedback.
Administrative Support
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document control, and office supply management.
  • Assist in daily correspondence, scheduling, and coordination between departments.
  • Support HR in maintaining staff attendance, leave records, and employee documents.
  • Assist Finance in preparing basic documents (invoices, receipts, petty cash, payment requests).
  • Update and maintain company databases and records accurately.
  • Prepare simple reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up action summaries.
Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise with branch operations teams to ensure service scheduling runs smoothly.
  • Support management in internal communication, announcements, and memo distribution.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, or training sessions.
