Company Overview : 1 Food manufacturing & distribution 2 KIJANG brand 3 Office located in Alor Gajah, Melaka Note : 1 Permanent position 2 On the job training is provided Requirements: 1 Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field. 2 Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel, AutoCount Accounting will be as add-on advantages 3 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English , Other language will be as add-on advantages 4 Good in communication skills, personality, analytical and problem solving skills 5 Able to work as a team member as well as independent individual. 6 Able to cooperate with colleague, positive attitude, highly self-motivated willing to learn. 7 Hardworking, dedicated and highly discilined. Role/ Responsibility : 1 Maintaining the preparation of documents pertaining to quotation, purchase order, invoices and delivery order. 2 Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order raw materials, good and supplies. 3 To collaborate with suppliers for improvement on supply and stocking programme 4 Interacting with suppliers in case of delay in delivery of supplies, receipt of damaged or incorrect quantity of goods. 5 Follow-up with the suppliers on scheduling delivery. Review and track the status deliveries against the orders in a timely manner from suppliers. 6 Maintaining a filling system in the purchasing department and updating appropriate records when required. 7 Manage inventory levels of materials or products 8 Compile the request for materials and prepare the purchase order 9 Sourcing for Supplier Purchase orders. 10 Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required If you have what it takes, please email your updated resume (with photo) today at admin@kijang.com.my or reach us at 012 6027 333.
