Role/ Responsibility : 1 Maintaining the preparation of documents pertaining to quotation, purchase order, invoices and delivery order. 2 Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order raw materials, good and supplies. 3 To collaborate with suppliers for improvement on supply and stocking programme 4 Interacting with suppliers in case of delay in delivery of supplies, receipt of damaged or incorrect quantity of goods. 5 Follow-up with the suppliers on scheduling delivery.
