Managing day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties (recruitment and selection, payroll processing, performance review, employee engagement activities, training and development, employee relations, employee benefits, etc)
Maintain proper staff documentations & up to date employees\' personal files
Manage group communication channels and support the communication to all interns and staff
Liaise with relevance government agencies (EPF, SOCSO, IRB etc).
Review and update HR policies where necessary.
Provide information and assistance to employees on HR related issues.
Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
ADMIN : * Handling the overall administrative work such as office maintenance, payment of utilities every month and office refreshment
Managing day-to-day Admin functions such as calls & documents handling;
Ensure all dues are renew before due date (agreements, company vehicle, insurance, etc);
Liaise with local authorities, service providers, suppliers, contractors, etc.
Preparation of all letters, contracts and memos for the company
To handle systematic filling system, safe keeping of private and confidential documents
Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Responsibilities
Able to work independently, multi-tasking and detailed oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
