Position: Admin Sales
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturdays, 2x/month)
Location: Restoran Asam Pedas London, No 2&4 Jalan 2/12, Bandar Baru Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor



We are looking for a proactive and organised Admin Sales personnel to support daily sales operations for our client based in Batu Caves.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing customer orders, keeping records updated, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customers.

You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage customer communication, and ensure every order -- from processing to delivery -- runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



1) Manage daily customer orders from WhatsApp, TikTok Shop, and other platforms promptly and accurately.
2) Record and update all sales, payments, and customer details in the system/Excel.
3) Prepare invoices, receipts, quotations, and related sales documents when required.
4) Conduct follow-ups with customers for repeat orders, pending payments, or additional information.
5) Support the sales/outlet team to ensure smooth stock flow, order processing, and deliveries.
6) Respond to customer inquiries on social media professionally and politely.
7) Arrange delivery/runner schedules and ensure all orders are delivered on time.
8) Maintain daily/weekly sales records and prepare simple reports for management review.
9) Assist in managing promotions, bundles, or campaign activities with the marketing team.
10) Ensure all documents, records, and customer data are well-organised and easily accessible.

Requirements



1) Experience in sales admin, customer service, or related roles is an advantage.
2) Skilled in basic computer use, especially Excel and online platforms.
3) Good communication and follow-up skills.
