Engage potential customers through phone calls to introduce and promote our products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or service plans.
Schedule follow-ups and respond to customer inquiries regarding product features and pricing.
Assist and guide customers through the purchase or rental application process.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up status.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma (fresh graduates are welcome).
Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is a plus.
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable communicating over the phone.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
Positive attitude, disciplined, and willing to learn.
