Job Description

Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting sales operations, inventory and delivery within a manufacturing environment. The position involves receiving customer processing sales and purchase orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and customers.

teams to ensure on-time delivery. Update sales orders details into the system Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management review. Support the sales team in tender submissions and document compilation. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with customer specifications and delivery schedules. Assist in maintaining products licenses, certificates, and ISO-related documentation. Maintain and organize sales and production-related documentation (e.g., PO, DO, invoice, QC reports). Assist in inventory tracking, stock records, and coordination between store and production.

Requirements:

Minimum in Diploma Minimum 2 years of experience in

sales coordination or administrative support

within the

manufacturing industry

. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and documentation flow (PO, DO, invoice, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP or inventory systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
Working Hours:

Monday - Friday : 8.45am - 6pm

Saturday : 8.45am - 12.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
