Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with team sales supervisor in responding to sales & services inquiries in a timely manner.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through digital platforms include emails, phone calls/etc.
Preparation of quotations, follow up, closing order & delivery management.
Provide accurate product information, address customer queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
E-blast product catalogs and reach out to potential end users through calls.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
To perform any other related duties or ad-hoc tasks as and when required by superior.
Requirements:
Female, Age below 35.
Candidate must possess minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
Excellent attendance will be rewarded.
Preferably with
1-2 years working experience
in related field / position.
Knowledge of sales processes and experience in preparing sales quotations / tender submission.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and
professional attitude.
Highly dynamic individual & posses
high level of responsibility & integrity
.
Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
(Basic salary offered based on past working experience, communication skills, interview's performance & education background, candidates who have experience in related field is a PLUS point)
