Job Details

Position: Admin Sales (Open for Fresh Graduates)
Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,300
Working Days: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
Location: The Strand, 2, Jalan PJU 5/20b, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

We're looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive to join our client's growing team in Kota Damansara.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong career foundation in sales and client management.
You will be responsible for driving sales, engaging prospects, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

1) Engage with potential clients through phone calls and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
2) Track and manage all assigned leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress updates.
3) Report regularly to the founder on sales performance, challenges, and customer feedback.
4) Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and repeated business.
5) Stay updated on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
6) Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to align efforts with business goals.
7) Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies based on client interactions and market research.
8) Attend face-to-face client appointments to negotiate and close deals when required.

Requirements

1) Open to fresh graduates (no experience required).
2) Passionate about sales, communication, and customer engagement.
3) Able to work independently and meet targets.
