Job Description


Responsible for all aspects of managing, operating and handling sales support activities in meeting monthly new appointment and product sales targets, including but not limited to engaging, attending and providing personalized treatment solution to the customers.ResponsibilitiesArea of responsibilities1. Attending to all inquiries and messages that come through Headmistress Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and in person, in a timely and quality manner3. Provide customer support and assist customer with their inquiries4. In charge of appointment booking for new and existing customers5. Conversion of sales lead and potential customers into new appointments and/or products purchase in order to meet sales targets6. Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Headmistress social media channels.Benefits
