Position: Sales Support Coordinator - NFB Tenure: 1-year contract renewable converted to permanent Location: Kuala Lumpur (The role requires travel) Basic Salary: Up to RM 4,000 Coordinates & support the category & allied business team with promotional efforts, category and product performance analysis, and assists in executing category activities. Assists Category team in data analysis pertaining to category range, space, SKU, pricing, product performance and planograms. Monitors implementation of promotions and tracks performance results. Interacts with vendor community to coordinate category initiatives and field interaction. Assists with the logistics and implementation of category programs. Monitors and performs data analysis to chart and predict trends, positioning, product selection, pricing, and logistics of products distribution. Develop, facilitate, and implement category management process support. Support CR & AB with internal controls compliance, retail analytics, ac hoc analysis and financial performance measurement. Facilitate, monitor & track contract administration, rebates administration & pricing and product update administration to ensure compliance. Support Management with monthly control performance indicator (CPI) Issue Tax Invoice request to billing team, update the master tracking sheet and track payment status. Update payment log, do posting and advice account receivables on the payment. Other CR administrative task - filling, office supplies, etc. Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a Sales Admin/Sales Support Executive. No Sales Pitching needed. Excellent English communication both written and spoken. Familiarity in Microsoft Excel
